GrantXpert Consulting is a Cypriot-based SME, with a cumulative expertise of more than 25 years in European and National funding programmes. The team has a proven, core expertise in providing training and consulting services to local and EU organisations, and a track-record in implementing research work on entrepreneurial, business and other educational topics.
GrantXpert is also a leader at national level in the development of innovative educational programmes. The team’s mission is to deliver solutions, stemming from multidisciplinary strategic partnership on an EU level, tackling new European societal, digital & green challenges. The overall vision, is to change and improve EU citizens’ life by implementing EU funded programmes, and maximising their overall impact. Currently, our network of EU partners consists of more than 800 in all member states, enriched on a continuous basis. GrantXpert currently employs a team of 10 multidisciplinary professionals with a diverse research portfolio. Additionally, the team has a specialisation in the preparation of proposals & their successful implementation, with more than 25 years of combined experience.

Danmar Computers LLC is a private company operating in the field of Information Technology and providing vocational training in this field. Danmar has an extensive experience in developing modern Web and mobile applications that are used for educational purposes. Danmar also has long-term experience of carrying out European projects within which company’s R&D staff conducts research and prepares trainings tailored to the needs of various learners. During 15 years, Danmar has successfully implemented over 50 projects within Grundtvig, Leonardo da Vinci, Progress and recently Erasmus+.
In many of these projects Danmar was responsible for designing and coordinating dissemination strategies. Danmar Computers is the developer and provider of AdminProject, the on-line system for management of European projects. All activities of the company are based on wide and well-established cooperation network, both on national and international levels. The national networks include training and counselling institutions, universities, schools, non-governmental organisations as well as private sector companies. International network include partners of various profiles coming from every European Union’s country. Danmar Computer’s mission is the promotion of life-long education and assurance of equal access to education for everyone with the use of modern technology.
The Enterprise University of Alicante Foundation is a Spanish non-profit institution, with more than 33 years of experience connecting the University of Alicante with the companies of its province. The aim of the foundation is the development of common channels of both dialogue and relationship between the University and the business world for their mutual knowledge enrichment.
For that purpose, FUNDEUN counts on 92 partners representing all industrial and service sectors of its province (financial institutions, public institutions, international companies, consultancies…) and, of course, the University of Alicante.

FUNDEUN counts on a multidisciplinary team of young professionals (lawyers, chemists, economists…), very effective in making businesses more competitive through the management of innovation. FUNDEUN promotes collaboration among all actors involved in the Economy (companies, universities, public and private institutions, public administrations…) It carries out different activities like different trainings, research transfer, advice, promotion, support and assessment of start-ups, encouragement of quality employment, and surveys and studies on specific topics.
Hellenic Open University (HOU) is the only Greek State University that offers formal and non-formal lifelong education, in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, to more than 40.000 students who are dispersed all over the country (www.eap.gr). Its training methodology combines distance learning with principles of adult education, relies heavily on digital material and virtual meetings and used online training platforms and tools. About 80% of its students are working professionals who seek further education in order to improve or change their career, thus HOU has established a permanent connection with the market, professional networks and professional development agencies. HOU is member of EADTU, EUA, Eurashe and the Greek Digital Skills and Jobs coalition. It applies the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001:2013 and ELOT 1429:2008 quality standards.
HOU will participate in this proposal through the DAISSy (Dynamic Ambient Intelligent Sociotechnical Systems) research group of the School of Science and Technology. DAISSy (http://daissy.eap.gr, http://gr.linkedin.com/in/daissyresearchgroup) realizes society-centred educational and technological, research, supports communities of practice, develops online learning platforms, MOOCs and 3D environments, enables the development of digital and citizenship skills, promotes inclusion and multiculturalism, and adopts standards (e-CF, DigComp, ECTS, ECVET, EQAVET etc.). Since its establishment, DAISSy has participated in more than 35 national and European projects, in various frameworks (i.e. FP5, FP6, FP7, Lifelong Learning, Erasmus+, etc.), amassing a total funding of more than 2,5 MEuro. Today the group employs more than 20 persons, including University professors, PhD and MSc holders, researchers in computer science, artificial intelligence and social sciences, experienced ICT engineers, programmers and administrative personnel.
The University of Beira Interior (UBI) is one of the most recent public universities in Portugal. UBI is also a landmark institution in the educational, research, innovation, business, entrepreneurship, and informatics fields. Over the years, the evolution of the number of educational programs and the number of students has been increasing, having surpassed the 8000 students from across the country and hundreds from all over the world. Aiming to provide a solid educational and scientific background to his students in different fields of knowledge, UBI presents dozens of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs.
Innovation Hive is a private non-profit organization located in Greece, specialized in the fields of research and innovation. Our actions aim to enhance the economic and social cohesion of European societies while our goal is to find solutions to the new innovation challenges, achieve growth, sustainability and maximize the impact to the society. The organization’s philosophy in order to achieve these goals is based on co-creation methodologies and a quadruple helix approach. The engagement of stakeholders from industry, science and society is aiming to create links between the businesses, the academia and the civic actors in order to develop a combination of knowledge, skills, tools, values and motivation. The final goal is to make the difference in local societies and to succeed at the highest level the principles of social innovation concepts.
